Overview
Not every requirement justifies a whole block or a full apartment lease. Short projects, staggered arrivals and small teams are better served by shared units taken on flexible terms.
We hold relationships with operators across Fujairah who will take anything from a handful of bed spaces upward, on monthly terms, in buildings that are properly maintained rather than quietly overcrowded.
The economics are straightforward: you pay per occupied bed, you scale up or down as the project moves, and you avoid carrying an empty lease between intakes.
How we work this
Pay for what you occupy
Per-bed monthly pricing means you're not carrying an empty block between project phases.
Scales in both directions
Add or release bed spaces as headcount moves, with notice periods agreed up front rather than improvised.
Properly maintained stock
We only place teams in buildings that keep to occupancy limits — the cheap end of this market is a false economy.

We'll work with requirements from roughly four bed spaces upward. Below that, the operators we deal with usually won't quote a contract rate, and you're better off with a serviced option.
